Prior to establishing Atlantic Global Risk, Richard successfully founded and grew the London-based M&A team at Howden UK Group Limited. Richard is a highly experienced broker who has worked in M&A insurance since 2010. Richard has earned a reputation for designing M&A insurance policies to support large and complex transactions. Richard holds close relationships with leading global private equity funds and strategic acquirers. Richard read Economics at the University of Bristol.

David is a co-founder of Atlantic Global Risk and is a Senior Vice President. Prior to establishing Atlantic Global Risk, David worked in the M&A team at Howden UK Group Limited where David was responsible for US transactions. David has supported numerous US transactions which range up to USD 3.5bn. Prior to his time at Howden UK Group, David was a project engineer in the Oil & Gas and Defense sectors. David holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Durham.
Austin is a Senior Vice President and Head of Atlantic’s Tax practice. Prior to joining Atlantic Global Risk, Austin worked in the international PE group at KPMG where Austin provided US and international tax advice and structuring services for US-based and foreign clients on an array of tax matters including efficient fund and management planning, company structuring, tax efficient in-bound and out-bound investment planning, development of treaty protected investment platforms for funds, US income tax treaty issues, US trading safe harbor, withholding tax and information reporting, CFC and Subpart F rules, PFIC rules, and taxation of financial products. Austin is a tax lawyer who holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University School of Law.
Hannah is a Vice President and a New York and Massachusetts barred attorney. Prior to joining the team at Atlantic, Hannah worked as a corporate M&A attorney at Ropes & Gray, with a specialization in intellectual property transactional matters. Hannah has experience advising private and public companies, private equity houses and venture capital investors on both general corporate and intellectual property transactional matters, particularly in the technology, life sciences and health care industries. Hannah graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law and has a BA in English and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
Roshin is a Vice President and responsible for business development at Atlantic. Prior to working with Atlantic, Roshin served as Director of Business Development at ICON International, helping facilitate asset deals for Fortune 500 companies. Roshin was responsible for building relationships and helping companies with disposing of challenging assets to meet funding needs. He also worked as a proprietary trader for a securities firm. He holds a B.S degree from University at Albany, with a minor in finance.
